A Businessperson is employed at usually a profit-oriented enterprise, or more specifically, someone who is involved in the Management of a company, or even an Entrepreneur. The term businessperson almost always refers to someone with a "white collar" occupation. For male businesspeople, standard Business attire consists of a suit with collar shirt and Necktie. Variations of dress do occur depending on local Business culture and climate. For example, in the high-tech industry, Business casual is appropriate to wear and neckties are frequently not worn. Female attire has undergone many changes; dresses and suits are normal today, even though business casual is common among the high-tech industry.
